I don’t really do New Year’s Resolutions, instead I like to think of a few things I’d just like to do more of. Walking the coastal path is one of them!
Life is pretty busy at the moment. I’m half way through my second year of nurse training, planning our wedding and we’re looking to buy our first home (Probably why I haven’t posted on here for a while!). In all of that, making time to get outside is always a priority. This is partly because we live in one of the most beautiful places and it would be such a shame not to, but also for me, getting out in nature and going for walks has been a huge part of improving my mental health. There a few things I enjoy more than walking the cliffs with a flask of tea to enjoy along the way.
One of my favourite stretches of the coastline is found between Porthtowan and St. Agnes. It’s beautiful in all weather, but yesterday was particularly special.
